We may share this notice with the user who posted the content.
2. Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the complaint
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who uploaded the content
3. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same DMCA agent. Your counter notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A description of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., in California
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
