- Use Breadcrum in harmful or unintended ways
- Attempt to store or distribute illegal content
4. Privacy and Data

- Login sessions (last access time, IP address, user agent)
- Server logs (retained for up to 7 days)
- User content (bookmarks, annotations, tags, captured article/audio/video content)

5. User Content
All content you archive is private to your account unless explicitly shared. You retain ownership of your uploaded or generated content. By using Breadcrum, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
You may not upload or archive:
- Illegal content (e.g. CSAM, malware)
- Content use that infringes third-party copyrights
- Any other content, regulated or unregulated, which causes harm or unreasonable burden to the operation of the service.
6. Payments and Refunds
Breadcrum currently offers free access. Paid plans may be introduced later. When introduced, we will provide clear pricing and billing terms.

7. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee uptime or availability. Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, crawl, or scrape the site excessively
- Use Breadcrum to store or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive material
